This is what I’ve been listening to lately to feel much better after being stressed or slightly on-edge. As students in our final year of university, it can be a very stressful time. We’re trying to decide what our next step will be and wondering if we’re making the right choices. I don’t know about you, but if I think too much about it, it hurts my head. Music will never get rid of all the negative chatter going on, but I get a break from it. I’m aiming to ground myself at the end of each week with some music and peppermint tea.
