Let’s start off with some highlights of the past month. Reasonably priced? Tick. Hits the spot? Double tick. This pasta was one of the best I’ve ever had – the slow cooked lamb and kick of chilli was seriously killer.
The Positano Prawn is also delicious if you fancy a bit of seafood for lunch. I know I talk about Mad Pizza a lot, but the food is consistent, and I always seem to have such a good time having catch ups there!
That time we went for a bite of sushi between lectures at Hikaru.
My friend had been there before and I was glad she introduced me to this cute place. The spider and rainbow rolls looked nice and tasted similar to the quality of rolls I’ve tried at other restaurants.
Now there have been some hits and misses on campus.
The good: toasted banana bread and earl grey at Laneway, smoked salmon sandwich at Courtyard
The not-so-good: spaghetti with a lovely, watery tomato-based sauce, also at Courtyard.
Have you tried out any of these places? What are your thoughts on them?
