Year of the Horse

Wishing you a belated happy Chinese New Year! I hope you start the year with red pockets, and loads of candy, nian gao and radish cake. CNY is always so much fun, and I’m even looking forward to trying N2’s festive gelato offerings this week. For my non-Chinese readers, may you all enjoy watching the lion dancing in the city and the variety of food you’ll be able to savour from Belmore Park to Chinatown!

Unfortunately, my entire extended family is scattered around Hong Kong so we couldn’t exactly rock up to their huge gatherings over there. But here are some snapshots of tonight’s dinner…
